Go to Data entry → Company data and choose the event Diagnosis group (default code: 45). Then determine the Diagnosis date, the Production stage and the Diagnosis set. Then enter the Treatment that belongs to the Diagnosis. If the treatment has been closed, this can be registered here by creating the same Diagnosis again and checking the box next to Treatment closed. Press Save to confirm your entry.
