Go to Data entry → Individual animal data and choose the Diagnosis event (default code 96). Then enter the animal identification (plastic number, tattoo number) at Animal id, set the Diagnosis date, and the corresponding Treatment (Treatment plan). If the treatment has been completed, a diagnosis must be entered again and the check mark at Treatment closed. Then press Save to confirm the entry.
