The order in which the lines are displayed on the screen is determined by the sorting.
Sort items by
Select the columns to be sorted. The data will first be sorted according to the column specified under “Sort by.” If there are rows with the same value, sorting will be done according to the second criterion “Then by,” etc.
Sort order
Choose whether the data should be sorted in ascending or descending order.
Don't forget to save changes to an overview by clicking Save or Save As in the toolbar.
